Q. Do Wonderland Wigs have any shops?
A. No we don't, we are purely online based, but we do regularly attend events and shows, so keep an eye out and you may see us at an event near you!
Q. How can i keep up to date with news, offers and information for Wonderland Wigs?
A. It is simple... you can subscribe to our newsletter by using our Newsletter Subscription box in the bottom left of your screen, and you can also follow us on Facebook or on Twitter.
Q. How do i know what is in my shopping bag?
A. As you shop, you can add products to your shopping bag. You can check your bag at any time by clicking on the shopping bag link on the left hand side of any page. Don't worry if you change your mind, as you can remove or change the quantity of anything you've added.
If you run out of time, your bag will be saved – in fact, as long as you use the same computer, the contents of your bag cart will stay there until you either clear them or buy them.
Q. I had saved items in my bag, but they've gone. Why?
A. Items in your bag aren't reserved for you, and will still be available for other customers to buy until you've completed your order. When you go back to a saved bag, any items which have sold out will no longer appear and a message will be shown saying that your bag contents may have changed due to insufficient stock.
Q. How do i search for a particular item?
A. Simply type your search terms (for example 'long wig') in to our product search box at the top of your screen and click the search icon, and we will search all of our products to bring you a complete view of all product we think might interest you.
