Wig, hair extension and accessories returns policy

Please do not just send your wig or other item back, if you want to return it then please read this.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, then please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

• Any item that is faulty will be exchanged or refunded if returned within 7 days of receipt
• Any wig will be exchanged or part-refunded within 7 days of purchase, providing it is unused, labels are still intact, it is in its original packaging and has not been not brushed, cut or had any contact with hair spray, perfume or cigarettes. THIS WILL INVALIDATE ANY REFUND PROMISE AS IT WILL BE CLASSED AS USED. Examples of a return in this instance will include issues with the colour, size or the style not suiting you, and because they are not as a result of the quality we will issue a part refund which will exclude the costs that we have incurred in postage to you.

In all instances of a return/exchange, please contact us first to confirm the details of the return.

For your own protection all returned items must be sent by Recorded Delivery and must include you name and details within the package.

We will not reimburse your postage costs.
